How can I place an order?

Shopping at Muslim Boutique is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. How will I know that you have received my order?

Once the order is received you will be received the text or email with the order details.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed or text an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You may WhatsApp our Customer Care with the order information to find out the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please whatsapp customer care at +92 305 (8758115), for assistance

Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?

Yes, it is possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order before the order has been dispatched.

In how many destinations is COD service available?

COD is available in all over Pakistan.

Is any additional charges for Cash on Delivery?

How long does delivery take?
