EXCHANGE POLICY

• Any product bought from Muslim Boutique store (online) can be exchanged from Muslim Boutique Store within 7 days or we schedule a pickup from your home.
• Product should be unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.
• You have to pay shipping charges if you want to exchange or refund ( if it's not our mistake ).
• In order to receive wrong parcel or damaged product Muslim Boutique should be intimated in writing (make a video), of return within 12 hours after receiving the product and the changed product will be delivered within 5 days.
• You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping & handling cost is non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. Muslim Boutique may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is faulty.
